A Bronze Wildlife Sculpture

By Eddie Hallam

The corncrake is a difficult bird to see. You can hear the males calling, but, they hide in patches of flag iris.

I saw this one on the Isle of Coll. It was nesting, not in the flag iris, but, in a patch of rhubarb, on the edge of the village. Coll is an RSPB reserve which was bought specifically to conserve corncrakes.

As all of our sculptures are made to order, delivery may take up to 10 weeks.
