I see woodpeckers most days on my bird feeders. I think they are fabulous birds so I can't explain why I have not sculpted one before now.
 
I am always surprised how small and almost delicate their beaks are, especially as they do really hard jobs. They also have unusual tail feathers.
As all of our sculptures are made to order, delivery may take up to 10 weeks.
